This efficient new 2500 sf home was designed for a single mother and her son. The client’s priorities were to provide views to her favorite trees in her yard, to maximize sunlight, and to keep the project on budget. With many large windows, a straight forward open plan layout, and the careful selection of economical and attractive materials, we exceeded our clients expectations.
